Organizational Behaviour – Overview

This module on Organizational Behaviour (OB) Training is part of the curriculum of critical training courses for developing leadership competencies and management talent.

Organizational Behaviour Competencies- the ability to:

  • understand and apply the  knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations using a system approach
  • interpret people-organization relationships in terms of the whole person, whole group, whole organization, and whole social system
  • develop organizations using elements, models, social systems, OD, work life, action learning and change management
  • build better relationships by achieving human objectives, organizational objectives, and social objectives
